Self motivation

Okay! Are you one among those who wants to know how to get motivated? Yes any blog or any tip is useful only for those who use it. Okay, now you are so hurried in getting motivated that you straight away want to jump to things. Here you are.

1.  Cause - What demotivates you?
'Come on! You are The Best!'If none in your life has told you this. Then have it from me.  No one can find the cause except yourself. Okay you might have someone, but you will not be satisfied unless you want to hear that to be the reason.

2. Effect
Yes. Demotivating makes us feel terrible. We feel impaired. We feel like holding on to someone. Some might cry not able to find the immediate solution.
          So in that case,
        a.  If you feel talking out to someone is really going to help you, then Please do. But remember that the person with whom you are going to share should not judge you with what you share.
        b.  But if you are one among those who say 'Thats ok. I dont want to talk about this. It will be fine after I wake up.' who is poor at expressing? Then WAIT! Sleeping with something in your head would make that run in your subconscious mind. You might think you go to alpha state and solve it there. But no man! You need to sort things before you sleep.

3. Here comes my solution. Really it is. ( Trust me with this!)

4. Stand in front of a mirror. (This posture makes you get motivated easily as you proceed).Look into your eyes. Talk what ever you want to. Burst out your emotions. Let it be anger, frustration, fear, sorrow. It is just you and yourself. So have no fear. You can accept yourself for what you are. Keep talking in a language you feel like. What ever comes to your mind. At one point you will start to feel what ever you have been through for past 15 to 20 minutes is NOTHING at all. Then comes the fire within you. Urge you to do things that was sleeping within you. You would have woken up the Lion or Lioness within ( 'Thoongitu irundha singatha ezhupitta'). *Little exaggeration*. But I promise you. You would feel MUCH better.
Cheers!
